He Warns Us To WATCH, As Well As Pray.

Yet Many Take Pride in the fact that they DON'T WATCH The News. "The news is too negative." 😳

What do you expect? We are at The End of This World. It's not going to be many positive days for anyone but those who Follow Jesus.

We Claim we love Jesus. We Claim he is our Lord.

Yet, We Boast we DON'T pay any attention to what's going on in the world. 

We Don't pay any attention to what's going on in the Country. 

We Don't pay any attention to what's going on in our own city.

BUT, We know every sordid detail of the Diddy trial? Our video history is filled with gossip, slander, and back-biting?

Exactly Whose Instructions are we really following? Jesus or Satan? 

Because Jesus warns us to WATCH. And he warns us what will happen to those that don't. 

“So you, TOO, MUST KEEP WATCH! For you don’t know what day your Lord is coming with Destruction." Matthew 24:42

“WHEN THE END COMES, the Kingdom of God will be like ten bridesmaids. 

They took their oil lamps and went to meet the groom. Five of them were foolish, and five were wise. 

The foolish bridesmaids took their lamps, but they didn’t take any extra oil. 

The wise bridesmaids, however, took along extra oil for their lamps. 

 Since the groom WAS LATE, all the bridesmaids became drowsy and fell asleep.

“At midnight someone shouted, ‘The GROOM is HERE! Come to meet him!’ 

 Then all the bridesmaids woke up and got their lamps ready.

 “The foolish ones said to the wise ones, ‘Give us some of your oil. Our lamps are going out.’

“But the wise bridesmaids replied, ‘We can’t do that. There won’t be enough for both of us. Go! Find someone to sell you some oil.’

“While they were buying oil, the GROOM ARRIVED. 

The bridesmaids who were ready went with him into the wedding hall, and the DOOR WAS SHUT.

“Later the other bridesmaids arrived and said, ‘Sir, sir, open the door for us!’

 “But he answered them, ‘I don’t even know who you are!’

 “So STAY AWAKE, AND WATCH: because you DON’T  KNOW the DAY or the HOUR.

Then he returned to his disciples and found them sleeping. “Couldn’t you men KEEP WATCH WITH ME for one hour?” he asked Peter. “WATCH and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.” Matthew 26:41
