  The Honorable Elijah Muhammad teaches us in How to Eat to Live to try and eat our food, our meals, on the day we make it and to try and not eat "Left-overs" the next day or week or what not. ⚠️ Of course he was not talking about our wheat bread which he warns us to never eat on the same day we bake it because it is not good for our stomach.  But in dealing with our meals, Navy beans, rice, etc. In times of comfort and ease when we have electricity and refrigerators, running water with containers to put so much "Left overs" its much easier to cook large batches of food and save those left overs in the freezer or fridge.  But I want to encourage us in the time that is left to practice measuring out the exact amount each person in your family usually eats and make just enough for that meal. Because WHEN the power goes out due to disaster,  earthquake, weapons of war, and we have no running water, we are going to want to conserve as much of our stored water as we can....
